The relevance of the study is due to development digital technology and modeling ecosystem education. purpose article reveal functions an individual style, as integral phenomenon personalization pedagogical conditions its formation in a educational environment. Based on questionnaire survey 310 teachers secondary vocational education institutions, authors come conclusion that learning process inextricably linked with style (of activity, learning, communication, etc.). It was found 45.1% all surveyed create materials by themselves, do not stimulate students’ self-learning activities. For 33.2% teachers, activity online environment only subject observation analysis. Only minimal group respondents (6.5%) actively took part
